Custom Socket Design for BM1370 ASIC

I'm looking for an experienced mechanical or electrical designer to develop a custom socket for the BM1370 ASIC chip. Your responsibility will be to draw up the design so we can send to a manufacturer for prototyping,

Requirements:
- Plastic material
- Designed for low voltage power requirements (approx. 40W)
- LGA-style with no retainer
- Reflow capable

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in ASIC socket design
- Strong background in thermal management solutions
- Proficient in working with plastic materials
