Custom Manual Cat Feeder

I'm in need of a custom-designed manual cat feeder. This feeder should be made primarily of plastic, with a dish that's preferably ceramic, although a stainless steel dish would also be acceptable.

Key Features:
- A cooling mechanism to keep wet food fresh for longer
- A plug-in power source - absolutely no batteries
- A closed lid dish with sensor that has a tag that I can put on one cat to separate my other cat

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in product design and engineering
- Experience with pet product design is a plus
- Ability to incorporate electronic components into a manual feeder
