Carton Handling Robotic Gripper

I'm looking for an engineer experienced in robotics, specifically in the design and manufacturing of servo-based gripping systems. This project entails creating a robotic gripper for:
- Picking and placing cartons specifically, hence the mechanism should consider the uniqueness and variety of cartons' shapes and sizes.
- Handling cartons weighing between 1-5 kgs. The gripper needs to be robust enough to comfortably maneuver these weights.
Preferably, the successful candidate should have a background in materials engineering or a related field, understanding the properties of cartons (like strength and structure) to build a functional and efficient gripper. Previous experience in designing similar mechanisms will be a plus. A keen eye for precision and detail, coupled with creativity for problem-solving, is a must-have.
