Carry on Luggage with a Fan, Electrical Design of Fan Components

We are working on a Small Portable Fan, fan brand name is ABLON Portable Desk Fan. We will be using the Fan components only from this Fan and designing and placing in our own housing for the fan components. We will need to power this fan with a battery, need the requirements for Airline travel rules to apply. We also need a motion sensor with led light. we need diagram for manufacturing of the PCB. On/Off switch can be lighted. We are presently designing the housing for the fan components and the electrical design is needed for size to fit into the housing.
