Cane with crane

I want to design a cane (what elderly use to walk with , stick cane,) with mini crane to enable the person wheneve possible to move / lift heavy objects upto 50kg or 100kg from one spot to another without relying on own strength or affecting back or neck. So will be used to lift garbage bag for example from house bin to street bin or to lift groceries from car to trolley or vice versa. Cane needs to be as light as possible less than 1kg, carbon fibre possibly, and opens up to create mini crane function with accessories to help stability and pullies and tension cables for lifting objexts and releasing them etc.
