CAD-Design of a plastic housing for motor ball valves for injection molding
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We need someone to do the 3D-design and drawing for a 2-piece-housing for an electric actuator for a motor ball valve.
Special requirements:
- We already have motor ball valves, therefore the connection to the ball valve needs to be compatible to the existig ones
- the housing needs to be as small as possible under consideration of all internal parts incl. motor, battery and electronics (STEP-files of those components available)
- The housing needs to be made of 2 parts (for assembly) with a sealing and eihter screws or kind of a screw-nut combination to fulfil at least IP67, better IPX7 (oder IP68 or similar, to be water tight)
- The turning part of the actuator (shaft, also plastic injection molding part) should be designed as well
- And last but not least, the housing should have a modern optic and not only be a square object
We are looking for someone, who already has experience with injection molding, so the technical design will be a final design incl. tolerances and issues like shrinking etc.
And ideally, we will find someone, who can also support the sourcing process (gear motor, battery, electronic parts, ...), but that can be an additional project.
The given CAD files are only a first try and impression of the parts, that will be inside and need to be considered.
