Building Hardware Aluminium Extrusion Die Design
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I'm looking to develop a new die for aluminium extrusion with a focus on manufacturing superior-quality building hardware; specifically, door and window frames.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience and expertise in aluminium extrusion die design.
- Demonstrable knowledge of building hardware, ideally door and window frames, manufacturing process.
- Can provide solutions to enhance quality and efficiency in product manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Design a proficient aluminium extrusion die for manufacturing aluminum sliding system.
A total of 15 profiles and 5-7 injection molds for plastic and zamac parts.
Project will be based on an existing hardware(rollers, locks gaskets seals etc.)
- To ensure the design can yield products of excellent quality and high efficiency.
- Ability to provide prototypes and simulations would be a highly advantageous.
