Build me a 3D CAD conceptual design for a new product (apparel)

I need a detailed 3D CAD conceptual design, with final drawings to take to a manufacturer to produce a prototype of an apparel product. This would include material research and connection method solutions. Aesthetic, size and shape validation. I am also looking for someone who has referrals to a manufacturer in apparel that can create the prototype in material form and help with choosing fabrics and production of the final product. The designer/engineer would help me along the way with working with the manufacturer to ensure the final prototype is achieved. I will need an NDA signed before more information can be released.
