Automatic electronic wheel bed for a fully paralysed dog

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to design and build an automatic electronic wheel bed for a small dog weighing up to 20 lbs. The wheel bed should have the following functionalities:

- Ability to control speed
- Ability to change direction

The client does not have a preferred material for the bed, so the freelancer can use either plastic or metal.

Ideal skills and experience for this project include:

- Experience in designing and building electronic devices
- Knowledge of motor control systems
- Familiarity with small animal care and mobility solutions
