I need a professional to develop a 2D layout for my apparel manufacturing plant. The primary goal of this layout is to optimize the production process flow. The design should focus on the entire production process, from cutting to shipping (Cut to Ship).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a 2D layout that maximizes efficiency and streamlines the production process.
- Pay careful attention to the cutting and sewing area, packaging and shipping area, and raw materials storage area.
- Highlight specific details in the cut to ship process flow, particularly equipment types and locations, workflow pathways, and safety and compliance zones.
