Advanced Apple HomeKit Automation Design

I am looking to have a schematic and specification created for Apple HomeKit automation for our new build house. The design should include the following:

- Full automation using both native and non-native Apple devices. This might include controlling lighting,( dimming, kelvin range, voice) temperature, and security features.

- Integration with devices such as Lutron, Meross and others as may be necessary. Functionality with these devices should include control over switches, smart locks, presence / motion sensors, Ring cameras, room thermostats, linking to Air Source Heat Pump and under floor heating, driveway gates, smoke alarms and a well-defined API for extended integrations.

Ideal freelancers for this project will have experience with home automation systems particularly Apple HomeKit, Lutron, and Meross. They should also have a well-rounded understanding of device integration, automation, and API's. Detailed knowledge of integrating and controlling assorted smart home elements such as lighting, security features, thermostats, and driveway gates is also crucial.
