Adjustable Image Reduction Projector Optics Design

I am in need of an optics design expert who can develop a design for a projector.

You will:
- Design optics for a straight through projection system
- Ensure the projected image can be adjusted from being 0.1 times to 0.02 times smaller than the original image size.
- Utilize plastic as the medium for any optical system components
- Implement the design to function efficiently with a collimated UV light source

Your skills and experience:
- Familiarity with various optical systems such as refractive, reflective, and catadioptric systems
- Previous experience designing optics for projection devices
- Proficiency in light source implementation, preferably UV sources
- Knowledge in working with plastic components in an optical system.
