Responsibilities:

Work with us to develop new skincare products, including cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizers, and masks
Create formulas that are effective, safe, and natural
Select and source high-quality ingredients that align with our brand values
Conduct stability testing and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality and longevity
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of ingredient interactions and formulation techniques
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for skincare products
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
