We are looking for a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a monthly basis to assist in enhancing product listings on our e-commerce website. The specialist will be responsible for meticulously reviewing product catalogs from various manufacturers, using ChatGPT to generate compelling product descriptions, adding technical details as per the catalog, and ensuring the accuracy of all entered information. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for selecting and uploading high-quality images for each product.
Responsibilities:
1. Review product catalogs from different manufacturers.
2. Utilize ChatGPT to generate engaging and accurate product descriptions.
3. Add technical details as provided in the catalog for each product.
4. Ensure the accuracy and correctness of all entered data.
5. Select and upload high-resolution images for each product.
6. Perform quality checks to ensure all product information is complete and accurate.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in data entry and e-commerce product listing enhancement.
2. Proficiency in using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for generating content.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Familiarity with various manufacturers' product catalogs.
5. Excellent written communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
7. Knowledge of image editing tools for resizing and optimizing images.
Duration:
This is a monthly ongoing project.
Payment:
Payment will be made on a monthly basis, based on the number of products successfully processed.
