E-commerce Competitor Analysis - Urgent

Job ID: 39398535

Budget: $10 – $30 CAD

Read entire job posting and pay attention to proposal format requirement. All proposals that do not follow the clear guideline will be rejected.

I need a thorough competitive analysis of my main e-commerce competitor. Pay is 10 CAD, and there’s strong potential for future work based on the quality of your submission.

You Must:

Gather data on:
-Target customers
-Unique value propositions
-Sales pitches
-Price points
-Shipping policies
-Funding status

Drill down on website specifics:
-Design & content of every page
-Checkout flow & customer support processes
-Marketing content (product descriptions, blog posts)
-Social media activity (post frequency, engagement)
-Promotions & discounts
-Communications (abandoned cart emails, newsletters)
-Customer reviews & complaints

Use multiple reputable sources (e.g., site links, social-media profiles, press releases).

Manually answer detailed questions—no AI-only summaries. For example:

-“What exact steps does the checkout flow take, and where does the user drop off?”
-“Which blog posts have the highest engagement, and how do you know?”
-“List every shipping option, cost, and delivery time shown on each page.”

Deliverable Format:

Your proposal must be copied into the format below—any deviation will be automatically rejected.
1. How much does this project pay?
2. Can you use AI to answer these questions?
3. What metrics must you determine about the competitor?
4. When is this project due?
5. How many questions are allowable during the project process?

Due: May 12, 2025 at 5 PM Mountain Time—no exceptions, extension requests will be rejected and result in immediate termination from the project. Do not apply if you are not going to begin immediately.

Questions during the project: Zero. All instructions are in the instruction guide; do not ask anything before starting.

Failure to follow any instruction exactly = no payment and no future work.

Submit proposals by pasting the template above directly into your bid.
