Write job descriptions and procedures in a company wiki page
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
We are an inbound call center, and we have various types of job descriptions and procedures. In general they are not accurate enough, and they also have a lot of text that is not relevant.
We are therefore looking for someone who:
- can gather all information we have, and what we are missing into job descriptions and procedures
- can write it all and systemize it in the company's wiki page
- and in the process can optimize and make procedures simple
We are therefore looking for these skills:
Excellent writer with experience with job descriptions and procedures
Sharp mind able to see where procedures can be done more simple
Experience in working with wiki pages
We expect the project to be ongoing for 6 months.
