Write Job Postings/Descriptions for Our Organization

We're looking to hire a freelancer to help rewrite our job postings to help attract different types of candidates, understanding the process begins with how we market ourselves. To be very frank we currently have very boring lengthy job postings and we need to add a little personality to them. Being bilingual in spanish for content writing is a plus. We have a lot of the content, facts, job duties already in writing just need that spark to them. We have other opportunities for content if your writing style aligns with our vision. Such as, offer letters, company manuals, and so forth. Attached file is similar to the writing style we would like.
