Shopify Store & Instagram Manager Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hello! I'm looking for a reliable freelancer to help me with adding product images, descriptions, and prices to my Shopify store, as well as supporting me with updating my Instagram page. Specifically, I sell hair extensions and wigs, and need someone to:
Find High-Quality Images: Research and find high-quality, relevant images for various types of hair extensions and wigs.
Write Product Descriptions: Create engaging, SEO-friendly product descriptions that highlight the features, benefits, and quality of the hair extensions and wigs.
Upload Prices: Enter the correct prices for each product (I will provide the price list).
Upload to Shopify: Upload the images, descriptions, and prices to my Shopify store, ensuring each product is properly categorized and tagged for easy navigation and searchability.
Instagram Support:
Update the Instagram page with product posts, stories, and other relevant content.
Create visually appealing posts that showcase products, promotions, and brand identity.
Assist with hashtag research and engagement strategies to grow followers and reach.
Requirements:
Experience with Shopify is a must.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for eCommerce products.
Ability to find or create high-quality product images.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Experience with Instagram content creation and engagement strategies.
For Freelancers Based in Mexico:
You must be able to issue a proper CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) for services rendered.
The invoice should include your RFC (or business RFC if applicable) and the total amount, including VAT if applicable.
Payments must be made through electronic means (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal) for proper documentation and transparency.
If you are a sole proprietor or freelancer, the invoice should reflect honorarios profesionales for the services provided.
For Freelancers Outside of Mexico:
You must provide an invoice (from your country) for services rendered, with a detailed description of the services, your name or business name, and the total amount, without VAT (for international services).
Payments should be made via bank transfer or PayPal (electronic payment).
If applicable, provide any necessary tax documentation for retention of taxes (typically a 10% withholding for international services, depending on your country’s tax treaties with Mexico).
Bonus Points:
Experience in the beauty or fashion industry (especially hair products).
Familiarity with Instagram analytics and how to increase engagement.
Ability to assist with future updates or product additions.
