Retail Mystery Shopper Needed

I'm looking for a mystery shopper to visit our retail store twice a week in order to evaluate our customer service quality, store cleanliness and organization, as well as product availability and variety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting mystery shopping visits twice a week
- Assessing the quality of customer service provided
- Evaluating store cleanliness, organization and product availability
- Providing detailed and constructive feedback on your experience

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in mystery shopping would be highly advantageous
- Good observation and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, with a knack for providing detailed and constructive feedback
- Familiarity with the retail industry and a good understanding of customer service standards
- Reliable and able to commit to twice-weekly visits
