I am looking for a skilled and experienced person to create compelling and optimized product listings for my Etsy shop specializing in handmade beaded jewellery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Etsy’s platform and SEO practices, with a creative flair for writing engaging product descriptions that attract and convert potential buyers.
They will prepare the listings based on the photos and basic info about the product provided by me.
Key Responsibilities:
Make new listings and optimise existing ones
- Title Creation: Develop clear, descriptive, and keyword-rich titles for each product.
- Photo Selection: Ensure high-quality photos (provided) are used effectively in listings.
- Description Writing: Write detailed and engaging descriptions, including:
- Overview: Brief introduction to the product.
- Details: Materials, dimensions, and features.
- Features: Design inspiration, intended use, special characteristics.
- Care Instructions: Guidelines for product maintenance.
- Tag Optimization: Use relevant and varied keywords to improve searchability.
- Category and Attribute Selection: Ensure accurate classification for each product.
- Personalization Options: Clearly outline any available customization options.
- SEO Optimization ( most important) : Integrate keywords naturally into the title, description, and tags.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing and optimizing Etsy listings, preferably in the fashion or jewellery niche.
Strong understanding of Etsy SEO and best practices for product listings.
Excellent writing skills with a focus on clarity, creativity, and engagement.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency across listings.
