Editor / Researcher - print and online publications

We are seeking an experienced Editor with a strong background in print and online publishing. This position includes hands-on involvement in the editorial process, as well as overall management responsibility
Responsibilities
-Communicate effectively with our content sources at government issuing agencies; research to identify new information and contacts.
- Analyze incoming content: images and text.
- Write, edit, and integrate new content.
- Manage publication schedules: Set timelines; enforce deadlines; manage vendors; manage multiple projects.
- Promote product enhancements: Consider improvements in design, content, and new features.
