Ecommerce support with SEO knowledge and ability to create great product descriptions

I have a new ecommerce store and I need someone who can ( with a bit of training in the process I use) list new products, create great product descriptions using a template, get some really good SEO within the description and titles, amend and edit listed products, create collections and find other good products for listing. This would be a fairly big job to start as there are up to 400 products to edit and create descriptions for and then there would be ongoing hours finding and listing products using a specific system which training would be given for. The perfect person would be fluent in written english, be patient with me as this is my first time in ecommerce and in VAs, be available during NZ hours if needed, be able to track their time, be proactive and great with words & attention to detail.
