We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated virtual assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our online jewelry store. The primary platform we utilize is Shopify, and experience with this platform is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings on Shopify, ensuring product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
Process orders, communicate with suppliers, and ensure timely shipment.
Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor inventory and alert the team of low stock levels or potential supply chain issues.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills Required:
Proficient in the Shopify platform.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience with e-commerce and customer service.
A proactive mindset, able to foresee and address potential issues.
Additional Information:
This is a part-time position, requiring up to 20 hours per week.
Prior experience with luxury goods or jewelry is an advantage but not mandatory.
