procurement EPCm services

looking for a procurement expert for procurement processes for refinery related brown- and greenfield projects. SAP based procurement of services, equipment, bulk (seals, pipes, pumps, heatexchanger, reactors etc...). Located in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. german language mandatory. Experience in buying for refineries would be helpful :-)
