E-commerce Quotation Specialist Required

Job Overview:
The Dropshipping Quotation Specialist is a pivotal role within our supply chain and sales operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of generating accurate, competitive, and timely price quotations for our customers and sales partners. Your expertise in cost analysis, supplier negotiation, and market trends will directly impact our profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth in the fast-paced dropshipping ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the products listed by the customer, searching the products on the website of distributing goods from China like Alibaba international website ;
2. Contact the suppliers and calculate products cost according to the price and weight;
3.calculate the quotation to the customer by combined the profit rate that given by the company.
4.update the quotation to the background of the customer on system.

Requirement:
1. Proven experience (1-3 years) in a costing, pricing, procurement, or quotation role, preferably within an e-commerce, dropshipping, wholesale, or trading environment.
2.Experience in negotiating with suppliers and manufacturers is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills:
1.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (mandatory mastery of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, etc.) for data analysis and calculation.
2.Proficiency in other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook).
3.Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and ERP/order management systems is highly desirable.
4.Strong numerical and analytical skills with extreme attention to detail.
5. Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international suppliers and clients.
6. Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to secure the best possible prices and terms from suppliers.
7. Time Management & Prioritization: Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and manage multiple RFQs simultaneously under tight deadlines.
