Vendor Procurement Negotiation Support Needed

Job ID: 40358945

Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR

I’m looking for a procurement professional who can take full ownership of our upcoming mechanical-category spend. The immediate focus is vendor selection and negotiation, and I need someone who can confidently move through every stage of that process.

Here’s exactly where I need support:
• Researching potential vendors – build a long-list, vet credibility, gather preliminary pricing, and spot any red-flag risks.
• Evaluating vendor proposals – create a clear comparison matrix (cost, lead time, quality metrics, warranty, service) and present a short-list with data-driven recommendations.
• Negotiating contract terms – lead or coach me through price discussions, payment schedules, service-level agreements, and performance clauses until we have signed, enforceable agreements.

Scope specifics
– Product focus: mechanical components, spare parts, and related services (think pumps, bearings, gear assemblies—anything that keeps industrial equipment running).
– I can supply past RFQs, volume forecasts, and quality specs; you’ll translate these into polished RFP / RFQ packages.
– Preferred working tools: Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, plus any e-sourcing platform you’re comfortable with (Ariba, Coupa, SAP, etc.).

Deliverable acceptance
1. Vendor long-list with risk notes and contact details.
2. Comparative proposal analysis in an editable spreadsheet.
3. Final negotiated contract or term sheet ready for signature, highlighting cost savings and key protections.

If you’ve brokered mechanical supply deals before and can back your strategy with solid market intel, I’d love to get started right away.
