Tender Bidding Expert Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are a company engaged in refractory and insulation work, including boiler, duct, and bottom ash hopper applications. We also supply plastic refractory and other refractory materials.
We regularly participate in tenders through platforms like GeM, MAHAGENCO e-Procurement, and SAP Ariba. We are currently looking for a skilled professional who can manage the complete bidding process on our behalf.
The scope of work would include:
Analyzing tender documents and identifying suitable opportunities
Understanding technical and commercial requirements
Preparing and managing all necessary documentation
Uploading and submitting bids on respective portals
Handling reverse auctions (RA) where applicable
We will provide all required company documents and support as needed.
Alternatively, if full handling is not feasible, we are open to hiring someone who can train our in-house employee on the complete bidding process, including GeM, MAHAGENCO, and Ariba platforms.
