On-Site Tech Sourcing Agent / Field Buyer (Miami, FL Area)

We are a rapidly growing technology reseller seeking a highly reliable and proactive Field Sourcing Agent operating in the Miami, Florida area.

The core objective of this role is to uncover exceptional deals on new and used technology inventory across the US wholesale and liquidation markets. This is an on-the-ground position that requires physical travel, negotiation expertise, and product inspection.

Product Focus
We are primarily interested in obtaining discounted inventory of computer components and devices, including:

Laptops and Micro PCs

Monitors

Graphic Cards

RAM (Memory)

SSD and M.2 Storage Drives

Miscellaneous Accessories

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Be Doing)
Physical Sourcing & Negotiation: Travel to and visit local, non-publicized suppliers, liquidation warehouses, wholesale distributors, and local auctions in South Florida. Your main goal is to secure the lowest possible prices by negotiating bulk purchases in person.

Quality Inspection: Physically inspect the condition and verify the functionality of used or liquidated tech lots before purchase, minimizing risk.

Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain robust relationships with reliable, high-volume local suppliers and wholesalers.

Logistics & Reporting: Facilitate the purchase process (using funds provided by us) and ensure the merchandise is correctly labeled and shipped to our designated commercial warehouse address in Miami, FL. Provide detailed inventory reports and high-resolution photos after each successful sourcing trip.

What We're Looking For
Mandatory: Must be based in or have easy access to the Miami/South Florida region.

Proven track record in purchasing/procurement or reselling/flipping electronics or high-value goods.

Strong, proven negotiation skills to secure prices below the standard wholesale rate.

High level of integrity and transparency.

Compensation
We are open to discussing a hybrid payment structure.
