Single Quote for Cooling Gear
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I’m coordinating a heat-health project for Bangalore through Hasiru Dala in partnership with Sensing Local. We already know exactly what we need: the document below lists every item—cooling equipment and protective gear—along with required quantities, preferred brands/models, vendor links and reference prices.

What I need from you is a single, consolidated quotation that covers the entire list so we can place one order instead of managing several small ones.
Scope of work
• Verify availability of each specified brand/model and the stated quantities.
• Source equivalent alternatives only when an item is genuinely unavailable, noting the change.
• Compile a formal quotation that groups all items, shows unit prices, taxes, shipping to Bangalore and an overall total.
• Include lead times, warranty information (where applicable) and payment terms.
Deliverable acceptance criteria
• One PDF or Excel quotation clearly itemised as above.
• All cooling equipment and protective gear from the linked document accounted for.
• Prices quoted in INR and valid for at least 30 days.
