T-Shirt Manufacturer Sourcing Expert
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I need an experienced procurement partner to take full ownership of locating and vetting reliable t-shirt manufacturers, both domestically and overseas. Our line will feature 100 % cotton pieces as well as organic and other cotton-blend options, so you’ll be expected to source mills that meet these exact fabric requirements and can supply consistent GSM, colourfastness and hand-feel.
Beyond simply finding factories, I’m relying on you to negotiate competitive pricing, minimum order quantities and realistic lead times, while ensuring each facility adheres to recognised ethical and sustainability standards. Breathability, durability and softness are non-negotiable performance characteristics, so you will coordinate sampling and third-party quality inspections before any production run is confirmed.
Deliverables
• A short-list of vetted manufacturers (domestic & overseas) with contact details and compliance certifications
• Side-by-side cost and capability comparison report, including MOQ, unit cost, lead time and payment terms
• Fabric swatch book or digital GSM/finish report covering 100 % cotton, organic cotton and cotton-blend options
• Sample evaluation results with pass/fail notes on breathability, durability, softness and overall workmanship
• Final recommendation memo outlining the optimal supplier(s) and next-step timeline
