Public Procurement Specialist Assignment in Indonesia

We are looking for a seasoned procurement professional for a max 2-year assignment in Indonesia. This role is crucial for our operations and requires a proficient speaker of Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years proven experience in public procurement
- Extensive background in international procurement, ideally under donor-financed programs
- Proven track record working with procurement guidelines of international donors, ideally KfW Development Bank.

Responsibilities:
- Accompanying the bidding and tendering process (mainly support actions as we would be driving the process)
- Support in supplier evaluation and selection

Interaction with Local Stakeholders:
- The freelancer's interaction with local stakeholders will in close cooperation with us.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a must
- Strong background in public procurement
- Minimum of 3 years proven relevant experience
- Experience with international donor's procurement guidelines, KfW Development Bank preferred
- Excellent skills in bidding and tendering process, supplier evaluation and selection.
