3. Identify supplier management approaches. shall explain the strategies and techniques that will select to manage suppliers. must justify the selected approach or approaches, according to the anticipated relationship they want to establish with their suppliers, as well as according to the characteristics of the supply chain (cost efficient vs responsive, short vs long product cycle, local vs global supply chains, etc.)
4. Supplier performance measurement. need to describe the performance indicators for measuring the delivered products or services’ quality.
5. Risk management. Working with an external supplier introduces new risks to a company that would not be relevant if the product or service was internally sourced. Students shall describe the risk profile of the procurement processes, related to supplier relations management, distribution management, production and quality management, etc.
