Procurement Transformation Specialist Needed

• Diagnose our current procurement workflow end-to-end, mapping key data points, hand-offs, and systems (we currently juggle spreadsheets, email approvals, and an aging on-prem ERP).
• Design a modern, tech-enabled operating model that reduces cycle times, tightens spend visibility, and introduces real-time analytics. I’m open to platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Coupa, or a lightweight SaaS alternative—advise on the best fit.
• Deliver a phased implementation roadmap with milestones, change-management steps, and measurable KPIs so leadership can track ROI from day one.
• Hand over clear documentation and a training outline to ensure our team adopts the new process smoothly.
