Procurement and Design Assistance Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I operate across building-materials, clothing, hardware, and furniture lines, and I’m looking for a reliable partner who can lighten my workload on two fronts:
1. Procurement & Purchasing
• Identify and vet suppliers for the categories above.
• Request quotations, compare pricing, and summarise options.
• Coordinate sample orders, basic quality checks, and delivery timelines.
2. Design & Modelling Support
• Produce or refine 2D/3D drawings for components we source.
• I’m comfortable reviewing files created in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or SolidWorks, so use whichever platform you work fastest in.
• Update drawings as specifications change and prepare simple renderings for client presentation.
Ideal collaborator
• Solid track record in supply-chain or sourcing roles.
• Confident with at least one mainstream CAD/modelling tool.
• Clear communicator who can keep me posted on progress and flag issues early.
Deliverables
• A concise supplier comparison report per product batch.
• Editable design files and exportable PDFs or images for quick sharing.
• Brief weekly status summary so we stay aligned.
If you can jump between supplier research and drafting tasks without missing a beat, I’d love to hear how you’d approach this.
