Procurement Assist - In Person Singapore Only

I wish to buy some GPS equipment from a local stockist distributor in Singapore. I need a local Singaporean, experienced in technical / computer type equipment, to visit the dealer at their shop, Validate that the business is legit; validate the equipment that it is as advertised and intact, and then negotiate the best price with warranty off their list price. I will then purchase the equipment direct from the dealer and have them ship it to me direct via courier. Must be a local Singaporean , preferably someone with a Technical / Engineering background and some procurement experience. If you are not Singaporean citizen, do not respond, please.
