Pharma Procurement & Supply Chain Agent

Job Description
I am looking for hands-on support to expand a growing line of pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, and healthcare supplies into Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Your mission is to identify and engage potential suppliers and distributors, secure the best possible terms, and prepare everything up to the point where I personally review and sign the final contracts.
Your responsibilities:
Identify GMP/GDP-approved manufacturers and distributors
Reach out to potential partners and gather detailed information (pricing, MOQs, lead times, Incoterms, payment terms)
Negotiate preliminary terms and summarize key points
Provide a vetted shortlist of suppliers for each product family per target region
Prepare draft agreements, RFQs, and supporting documentation for my review
Support logistics planning (freight options, customs documentation, HS codes, duties, warehousing, cold-chain if applicable)
Success criteria:
A vetted supplier shortlist in every target region
Clear negotiation summaries with proposed terms
Draft agreements ready for final review
End-to-end logistics blueprint for each region
A final report summarizing cost savings and risk mitigation
Requirements:
Strong existing network in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare supply industry
Proven sourcing experience and professional working style
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and collaborative approach
Fluent English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of GDP/GMP standards
Negotiation skills with international suppliers
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
Independent, reliable, and comfortable working across cultures and time zones
Compensation: Hourly rate plus performance-based bonuses for each qualified supplier brought to contract stage.
