Need a bdm/ procurement consultant in UAE on part time.

I am looking for a business development manager / procurement manager based in the UAE with the below skills;
- Proven experience in business development
- Familiarity with the UAE market and a strong network of contacts
- Experience in procuring high end construction machinery such as dozers, crushers, waste converters etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory
- Must be well versed with writing proposals, emails.
- Must have very good negotiation skills
This is a long term opportunity. To start with I will assign few small tasks for a week to check the suitability for this job.
