I need help securing every piece of furniture, fixture, and finish for my design projects.
Scope
You will translate my approved mood boards into a complete, shoppable FF&E schedule:
• Source products that match the style brief, size constraints, and quality targets.
• Present at least three vendor options per item, noting lead times and warranties.
• Negotiate pricing, consolidate quotations, and prepare purchase orders.
• Track orders through to on-site delivery, flagging any delays or substitutions.
• Maintain a live spreadsheet for budget, status, and shipment details.
Files can be delivered in Excel or Google Sheets, with all cut sheets and sample imagery embedded or linked. CAD compatibility (DWG, SKP, or PDF) for any custom pieces is a plus but not mandatory.
Acceptance Criteria
1. Complete FF&E schedule covering every room listed above.
2. All sourced items align with the Modern aesthetic and use natural materials for the primary visible surfaces.
3. Spreadsheet is 100 % accurate, with functioning links to vendors and tracking numbers.
4. Final hand-off includes digital copies of all PO’s and vendor correspondence.
