Mid-Level Procurement Administrator Needed

Job ID: 39716781

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

I need reliable support in the day-to-day administration of our purchasing cycle so I can stay focused on strategic sourcing initiatives. The core of the role is straightforward: keep vendors happy, orders flowing, and stock levels healthy—without letting anything fall through the cracks.

You’ll step in at a mid-level capacity, so I’m counting on you to be comfortable making decisions and flagging issues early. Our environment revolves around an ERP backbone complemented by dedicated procurement and inventory management tools; please be ready to work hands-on in those systems from day one.

Scope of work
• Vendor management – maintain the supplier database, follow up on quotes, track performance, and resolve discrepancies.
• Order processing – convert approved requisitions into purchase orders, monitor order status, chase acknowledgements, coordinate deliveries, and match invoices for payment.
• Inventory control – reconcile system data with physical counts, spot variances, and trigger replenishment before stockouts occur.

Key deliverables
1. A weekly vendor performance report exported from the ERP.
2. Accurate, fully processed purchase orders with complete audit trails.
3. Updated inventory records with zero unresolved variances at month-end.

Success looks like stable lead times, clean data inside our ERP, and no surprise shortages. If that sounds like your wheelhouse, I’m ready to move quickly once I see relevant experience with ERP systems, procurement software, and inventory management tools.
