Insurance Procurement Manager Role
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need an entry-level procurement manager who can take full ownership of supplier management, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing for our growing insurance company. Day to day you’ll keep our preferred vendor list current, negotiate new agreements that protect our risk profile, and continuously scan the market for more cost-effective services that still meet regulatory requirements.
You’ll partner most closely with our Finance team, so comfort interpreting budgets, tracking savings, and presenting simple ROI reports is essential. Familiarity with standard procurement tools or ERPs is welcome, but I’m mainly looking for someone eager to build structured processes from the ground up and document them clearly for audit purposes.
Deliverables
• Updated supplier database with performance scorecards
• At least two renegotiated contracts showing measurable savings
• A 90-day sourcing roadmap outlining priority categories, timelines, and expected benefits
If you’re detail-oriented, proactive in vendor outreach, and ready to grow alongside us, let’s talk.
