Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m rolling out a food-tech pilot in New Jersey and need an extra set of hands to speak with U.S. ingredient suppliers scattered around the Tri-State area. You’ll work from a vetted list and a ready-to-use call/email script, collecting the essentials—MOQ, pack size, price, lead time, freight terms, and kosher documentation—then opening accounts or submitting vendor forms whenever they pop up.
Everything you learn goes straight into the Google Sheet I’ve already structured, so real-time accuracy and daily updates are a must. We’ll keep the rhythm at 10–20 hours per week for the next two to three weeks, all during U.S. Eastern business hours. Expect a quick 2–3-minute voice call upfront so I can hear your English and phone presence.
A procurement background, especially with raw-material sourcing, will help you hit the ground running, and you should already feel comfortable dialing suppliers; occasional past outreach experience is perfectly fine if you’re confident and organized. Solid internet is non-negotiable.
Deliverables (acceptance criteria):
• Complete contact log in Google Sheet, filled out in real time
• Vendor account forms submitted, confirmed received
• All requested data points captured for 100% of assigned suppliers
