Improvement on Procurement Process

I needed help to improve the procurement process from acquisition of material until end of the process i.e until the purchased items arrived the warehouse. Delivery is to Thailand. Should you find any faster mean of delivery by sea which are faster than existing time, please do note that in your proposal.
