German Tender Submission Help

I have a goods-related public tender open in Germany and all technical and commercial documents are already in order. What I now need is a German procurement specialist who knows the ins-and-outs of offer submission on the specific e-tendering portal the contracting authority uses.

Your role will be to guide the entire upload and transmission process, make sure every mandatory field is populated, every attachment carries the correct electronic signature where required, and finally verify that the platform issues a formal confirmation of receipt before the deadline expires. If the portal requests a separate price sheet or XML import, I will supply the raw figures; you convert and place them correctly.

Deliverable: proof that our offer was successfully lodged on the system (timestamped confirmation or equivalent).

Experience with German Vergabe platforms such as eVergabe, Subreport or evergabe-online is ideal, but any demonstrable track record of submitting goods tenders in Germany will be considered. German language proficiency is essential because the interface and error messages are in German.
