China Supply Chain Partner Needed

I’m building a long-term buying program into China and want a partner who can run the full supply-chain cycle on the ground. Day-to-day you will:
• Identify and vet new suppliers that match my cost, MOQ and compliance targets.
• Track production from sample approval through final packing, keeping me informed with concise milestone reports.
• Carry out in-person quality inspections and share photo/video evidence plus corrective-action follow-ups.
• Coordinate domestic trucking, export documentation and international freight so shipments leave on schedule and at the best total landed cost.
• Optimise cost at every step by comparing quotations, consolidating cargo and negotiating terms.
• Maintain proactive, long-term communication with each factory to secure stable capacity and continuous improvement.
Candidates already connected to factories across the Pearl River Delta or Yangtze River Delta will stand out, as will anyone who has handled multi-category procurement before. Fluency in English is essential because most of our collaboration will be over email, video calls and shared dashboards.
Please outline recent projects where you owned supplier sourcing, production follow-up and QC, and describe the inspection tools or checklists you rely on. If you have preferred freight forwarders or cost-reduction case studies, include them too.
