Asia Electronics Procurement Executive

The task centres on sourcing and purchasing industrial-grade electronics and components from Asia for our manufacturing lines. Day-to-day, you will identify and vet suppliers of modules, displays, antennas, and other critical parts, negotiate contracts that balance cost with quality, and steer each order through to delivery and customs clearance.

Key deliverables
• A vetted supplier list with contact details, MOQ, lead times, and quality certifications
• Signed purchase agreements that meet our target pricing and warranty terms
• A brief weekly report tracking order status, shipment schedules, and any supply-chain risks

Acceptance criteria
All suppliers must provide recent ISO-compliant certificates, pass our sample inspection, and commit to on-time delivery within agreed Incoterms.

Experience with Asian electronics markets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate logistics and documentation are essential.
