We are currently looking to engage a part-time freelance employee or representative based in Gujarat, preferably near Ahmedabad, for a one-time visit to a paper supply company dealing in plain copier paper of various sizes and GSMs.
Purpose of the Visit:
Verify the authenticity and legitimacy of the buyer/supplier.
Inspect the quality of the copier paper offered (different sizes and GSM variants).
Negotiate pricing, if appropriate, and share feedback on-site impressions.
Provide a short written report with photos and observations of:
Product samples (quality, texture, packaging)
Premises and setup of the supplier
Any red flags or positive indicators
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Resides in or near Goregaon East, Mumbai
Has good communication and negotiation skills
Background in trading, paper industry, or procurement (preferred but not mandatory)
Able to share basic report and photos post-visit
