Seeking Expert Screen Printing Designer (CMYK, Halftone, Color Separation, Custom Artwork)

We are Brooklyn Stitch, a premium clothing brand creating high-quality oversized t-shirts.
We are looking for a professional screen-printing designer who can create detailed, original artwork from scratch, not just simple text-based designs.

What We Need (MUST-HAVE Skills):

1. Custom Artwork Creation
• Ability to draw unique, original illustrations from scratch
• Should understand the theme/idea and convert it into a full artwork
• Not dependent on clipart, Canva, or pre-made vectors
• Strong hand-drawn or digital illustration skills (Procreate/Photoshop/Illustrator)

2. Screen-Printing Expertise
The designer must understand the complete screen printing workflow, including:
• CMYK designs
• Spot color designs
• Halftone creation
• Advanced color separation
• Preparing print-ready layered files
• Understanding of mesh counts, ink behavior, and how artwork translates on fabric

3. Color Separation (MANDATORY)
• Ability to create proper screen printing color separations
• Files must be delivered in separated layers: CMYK, spot colors, gradients, halftones
• Smooth halftone transitions
• Zero bleeding and perfect edges
• Print-friendly output with correct DPI (300–450 DPI)

4. Fashion/Streetwear Art Style (Preferred)
Experience designing for:
• Oversized t-shirts
• Streetwear brands
• Retro/halftone prints
• Bold CMYK graphics
• Japanese, vintage, grunge, or gaming styles (bonus)

Every finalized artwork must include:
• High-resolution design (300–450 DPI)
• AI/PSD file with all layers
• Color separated files for screen printing
• PNG transparent output
• Print mockup on t-shirt
