Realistic Children’s Book Illustrations

I’m finishing up a children’s book that follows young characters through the small but meaningful moments of everyday life, and I need an illustrator who can bring those scenes to life in a realistic style—gentle, relatable, and true to a child’s perspective.

The manuscript is ready, and once we connect I’ll share the full text along with page-by-page notes, rough layout ideas, and the trim size. From there we can confirm the exact illustration count, decide which spreads merit full bleeds, and map out a schedule that works for both of us.

Final art will need to be delivered as high-resolution layered files (PSD or Procreate preferred, CMYK, 300 dpi) prepared for print and adaptable for an eBook edition. If you also handle basic typography or cover layout, let me know—that could streamline our workflow.
