Procreate issues

I'm having a disconnect between being able to save my illustrations from Procreate on my iPad as a jPeg on Google photos. They keep disappearing. This is a recent problem. Also, I cannot import some brushes I purchased onto Procreate. So I need someone w/tech skills who understands the back end of this issue, don't need help with the creative part of Procreate. Not sure if all this is a Procreate issue or iPad problem.
