Sentaurus Forksheet FET Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a Synopsys Sentaurus TCAD specialist to build a basic yet credible forksheet FET model that I can use for ongoing research. The target device must demonstrate three core traits: low power consumption, high performance, and a small form factor. Silicon is the material of choice.
Scope
• Create a clean Sentaurus Process / Device setup for a single-fin forksheet structure.
• Provide an initial parameter sweep (gate length, sheet pitch, oxide thickness) that highlights power-delay trade-offs.
• Supply ready-to-run project files and a short read-me explaining key deck sections and how to tweak them for further experiments.
I’m aiming for a lean, proof-of-concept simulation rather than an exhaustive production-ready stack, so please keep the workflow streamlined and well-commented.
